Turkish, Danish firms gather to talk about collaboration prospects in energy sector

(MENAFN) Turkish and Danish firms talked about areas with opportunities of collaboration in the energy industry at a summit in Denmark on Thursday.

The B2B summit, arranged under the BEST for Energy (Boosting Effective and Sustainable Transformation for Energy) venture, was hosted in Silkeborg town with the attendance of the host nation’s export platform Danish Wind Export Association (DWEA) as well as a Turkish delegation including 20 officials from clean energy firms and institutions.

Established 8 years ago (2014), the DWEA's aim is to start and present firms in the business to additional markets, Soren Rasmussen, head of the organization, stated at the gathering.

Soren Rasmussen clarified that "A lot of things are happening in the wind industry right now. We have a supply chain crisis, we have a logistic crisis, we have a geopolitical crisis and then we have some forecasts and some political ambitions. This is not always matching, so we try to monitor the markets, and the situation and say where to go next, what to focus on and talk to the companies, talk to the embassies and find out what is the best match for the companies."
