Iran considers exchange with additional countries key for growth
(MENAFN) In a press meeting on the issue of economic diplomacy, hosted at the place of Iran Chamber of Commerce, Industries, Mines, and Agriculture (ICCIMA) on Sunday, the ICCIMA deputy chief for worldwide affairs stated that exchange as a key to have steady ties with additional nations.
Alireza Yavari stated that while in the world, politics always attempts for financial expansion and improvement, in Iran the economy always pays for politics.
He assured that “Economic diplomacy means that even where we do not have strong political relations, we can strengthen political ties through economic relations.”
“An outstanding example in this due is our relation with the United Arab Emirates (UAE), as the high volume of trade between the two countries has led to stable ties despite some political disagreements”, he also mentioned.
Yavari additionally noted that while in developed nations the chambers of commerce play a high impactful role in the administration’s verdicts, unfortunately, in Iran the chamber of commerce is not concentrated as needed.
