    Qatar’s real estate companies expect massive surges

    (MENAFN) As the FIFA World Cup 2022 is currently kicking off in Qatar, real estate firms in the nations are getting ready for a sustainable and massive growth. The huge sporting competition, which is anticipated to draw more than a million supporter across the world is also hopeful for the surge and growth of funds in Qatar.

    Jawdat Al Kateb, chief executive of Coreo real estate stated: “We have seen an increase in demand for real estate in Qatar. It is interesting to see how we have been waiting for the World Cup for a long time and what we see is a lot of people coming to the country.”

    Coreo, a real estate firm which achieved many award in the region including two platinum-tier honors in 2022 is a top property finder with vital ventures from leasing to sale.

    Al Kateb highlighted the increase in ventures as several possible investors and business executives are going to be going into the World Cup. He asserted that “A lot of projects have expanded like tech companies that are coming to the country. So I would say the increase in real estate projects has increased.”
