    ROSHN achieves award for SEDRA development in most recent award ceremony success

    (MENAFN) ROSHN, Saudi Arabia’s national real estate developer, achieved the ‘Residential Project of the Year’ award at the Construction Week Middle East 2022 Awards which was held in Dubai — topping a month of awards for the company.

    ROSHN achieved its most recent award for its leading SEDRA development — sited in Riyadh’s northern sector and preparing to establish at least 30,000 additional residential units to the capital’s housing stock, in addition to supplying 20 million sq. m. of joined neighborhoods backed by education, health care, infrastructure, as well as retail outlet facilities.

    The company was also extremely praised in the ‘Corporate Social Responsibility Initiative of the Year’ category at the awards, hosted on the 24th of November, and was given the same ranking in the ‘CSR Initiative of the Year’ sector, for the YUHYEEK Zahra Breast Cancer Awareness Campaign throughout which ROSHN cooperated with the Zahra Association to run a nation-wide awareness as well as backing campaign last month.
