NEOM inks agreement with Marriott International to establish three hotels next year

(MENAFN) Saudi Arabia’s USD500 billion giga-venture NEOM has inked a deal with Marriott International Inc. to establish three hotels in Sindalah, NEOM’s initial luxury island.

The agreement involves the creation of the nation’s initial Autograph Collection Hotel property by Marriott in addition to two Luxury Collection possessions that are projected to open next year.

The initial Luxury Collection hotel is going to propose a beach resort with 70 luxury rooms as well as suites involving villas with private pools that range from one to four-bedroom houses.

The second property is prepared to be an all-suite hotel with 115 one to three-bedroom suites and is going to be sited at the middle of the retail as well as marina area in Sindalah.

“NEOM is one of the most highly anticipated developments in the world and we look forward to working with its team to develop these three exciting properties,” according to Jerome Briet, head development officer, Europe, Middle East, and Africa, Marriott International.

“We are thrilled by the prospect of working together and look forward to building a hospitality experience that captures the spirit of Sindalah’s year-long appeal while creating unforgettable memories for our guests,” Chris Newman, executive director of hotel development at NEOM also stated.
