    Türkiye's BIST 100 closes Monday’s session with decreases

    (MENAFN) Turkey’s main share index close the Monday’s session standing at 5,323.19 points, after decreasing 1.14 percent from the prior close.

    Opening the week standing at 5,414.87 points, Borsa Istanbul's BIST 100 index saw a drop of 61.37 points in comparison with the past week's end that was stood at 5,384.56 points.

    The index's worst worth throughout the initial transaction session stood at 5,283.02, whereas its day to day peak reached an amount of 5,429.33.

    The overall market worth of BIST 100 stood at nearly 4.35 trillion Turkish liras (USD 229.5 billion) by market end, with a day to day exchange capacity of 78 billion Turkish liras (USD 4.11 billion).

    Throughout the session, 25 shares on the index saw a surge, while on the other hand, 74 saw a decrease in comparison with the prior end.

    The cost of one ounce of gold stood at USD 1,911.20, whereas Brent crude oil sold at nearly USD82 a barrel as of 6.34 PM regional time (1534GMT).
