ESGI reports 77 percent decline in net losses
(MENAFN) Starch and Glucose Industries (ESGI) registered a 77 percent yearly drop in its net losses for 2019.
According to financial statement, in comparison with EGP 74.308 million in the corresponding year, Starch and Glucose Industries suffered net losses of EGP 17.003 million in 2019.
Americana Group's (EITP) ordinary general assembly will review on April 9th Cairo 3A for Global Industries' offer to obtain the company stake, representing 11,636,789 shares, in Starch and Glucose Industries' (ESGI) share capital.
The offer's worth is around EGP 450 million to EGP 510 million implying a price for each share of the company is around EGP 8.986 to EGP 10.184.
