    Tire manufacture bounds by 26 percent in 2 months

    (MENAFN) Iran has produced 39,700 tons of tires throughout the first two months of the present Iranian agenda year (March 20-May 20), recording a 26.6 percent increase contrasted to the same phase in previous year.

    IRNA accounted that founded on the Industry, Mining, and Trade Ministry data, tire manufacturers produced 1.837 million tons of tires weighing 15,943 tons throughout the first Iranian agenda month of Farvardin (March 20-April 19).

    The declared figure illustrates that 1.304 million is the figure of passenger cars' tires weighing 9,068 tons, which illustrates a 35 percent increase contrasted to the similar month in the precedent year.

    The figure of 85,892 van tires with a mass of 1,349 tons was produced in the first month of this year, representing a one percent reject from the figure of the preceding year's equivalent month.
