    Turkey’s benchmark stock index ends on Tuesday at 1,409.85 points

    (MENAFN)On Tuesday, Turkey’s benchmark stock index ended the day at 1,409.85 points, increased by 0.81 percent from the last close.

    Borsa Istanbul’s BIST 100 index improved 11.33 points from the last close of 1,398.52 points, opening the day at 1,402.88 points.

    The index’s lowest rate in the day stood at 1,394.25 points, as its daily high stood at 1,404.86 points.

    The amount of market rate of the BIST 100 stood at 982 billion Turkish liras (USD112 billion) by market close, with a daily trading rate of 13.3 billion Turkish liras (USD1.5 billion).
