Iran-Hungary exchange in January-May surges 44.8 percent annually
(MENAFN) The worth of exchange among Iran and Hungary amounted to USD19.350 million in the January-May period of this year, recording a 44.8 percent surge, annually, as shown by the data issued by Hungarian Central Statistical Office (known as KSH).
In the first five months of last year, the worth of exchange among Iran and Hungary was nearly USD13.362 million, showing that the exchange among the two nations has raised by nearly USD5.988 million or 44.8 percent.
According to IRIB report, throughout the stated period, Iran shipped goods valued at USD5.714 million to Hungary, whereas the imports from the nation reached $13.636 million.
The Islamic Republic had shipped in USD11.272 million value of commodities from Hungary in the same period of last year, while shipping USD2.53 million value of goods to the nation.
The highest commodity items traded among the two nations involved livestock and animal outputs, vegetables, plastic products, textiles as well as clothing, transportation equipment and parts, in addition to ophthalmology supplies.
