On the occasion of the World Autism Awareness Day, which falls annually on the 2nd of April, BBK- Bahrain’s pioneer in retail and commercial banking – organized an awareness day, where informative facts about this disorder were discussed as well as displaying a mini sensory exhibition showcasing the five senses and how Autistic children relate to them.

The interactive presentation which was presented by an official spokesperson; Sh. Hala Ali Al Khalifa from the Wish Child Welfare, was held on the 14th of April and the Bank’s premises.

In support of this special day, a wide array of blue tops; the color that represents the World Autism Awareness Day, was worn by the employees who attended the presentation.

BBK has been a pioneer in showing its support to the community as it has assisted many profitable and non for profit societies such as the Wish Child Welfare last year.
