BBK, Bahrain’s pioneer in retail and commercial banking, hosted a seminar related to diabetes and nutrition. The seminar took place on May 31, 2012 at BBK’s headquarters in association with the Royal Bahrain Hospital.

With the aim of sharing the benefits of a healthy lifestyle incorporating healthy eating habits, the Royal Bahrain Hospital registered dietician explained to the employees of the Bank, general health and diabetes information via an interactive presentation.

After completing the seminar, the employees were treated to a complimentary vital check with on spot recommendations based on their vital reviews. The reviews were counselled by a team of nurses from the Royal Bahrain Hospital.

To ensure the employees continuation of being healthy, a variety of fruits was available to enjoy as a healthy snack. Topping the healthy snack, several raffle draws were conducted towards the end of the seminar.
