Bahrain's Mumtalakat to invest in German Axtmann aviation group
(MENAFN) Bahrain's Mumtalakat Holding Company had acquired stake in Axtmann Aviation Holding that operates FAI Aviation Group (FAI), the global provider of mission-critical aviation services based in Germany.
The chief executive of Mumtalakat had said commenting on the investment: Over the last 30 years, FAI has significantly grown its capabilities and service offerings, establishing stable and lasting relationships across a diverse set of customers, helping critical aid services reach people across the world."
Moreover, the investment is related to Mumtalakat's objective to invest in companies with strong track records of growth and management team.
On the other hand, FAI's chairman Siegfried Axtmann said: "We are pleased that our specialised expertise in aviation services is globally recognized and delighted about the opportunity to co-operate with a powerful partner such as Mumtalakat."
