    Study: Kuwait food prices up 7.2% annually

    (MENAFN) A study conducted by the Central Statistics Office in Kuwait has found that food prices are increasing by 7.2 percent annually, while beverages and tobacco prices increase by 4 percent annually. According to the study, the price of clothing, the study concluded, increases by 3.8 percent annually. The study compared the prices in June 2010 with the same period last year, in which it was equally found that the rate of annual inflation in education and health services increase by 1.5 percent, whereas entertainment services rise by 3.3 percent.
