    Iran to set up agro-industry complex in Sudan

    (MENAFN) Iranian Agriculture Minister Sedeq Khalilian has announced that Tehran is planning to set up an agro-industry complex in Sudan, Mehr News Agency reported. The minister pointed out that the Islamic Republic can build a paper factory, export technical and engineering services, agricultural machinery and modern irrigation equipment as well as hold training courses in Sudan. The Sudanese Agriculture Minister Abdel-Halim Al-Mut'afi expressed interest in Iran holding training courses in his country for specialists and said that expanding research between the two countries, and benefiting from the Iranians experience in the fields of wheat, and economic cooperation among the two states farmers are on the agenda.
