    Bahrain's H1 oil exports drop to 32.7m barrels

    (MENAFN) Official data from Bahrain's Central Informatics Organization and the country's National Oil and Gas Authority showed that oil output from the Bahrain oil field and the Abu Saafa field dropped slightly by June-end of the current year, to about 32.7 million barrels, as opposed to 32.9 million barrels during the corresponding period a year earlier, Gulf News reported. According to data, the Kingdom's overall exports of crude and refined oil products totaled $5.6 billion during the January-June period of 2010, with each of the first two quarters of the year contributing $2.8 billion. Data shows that the average price of one barrel of crude oil was $77 on global markets during the first half. Bahrain exports its share of crude oil, amounting to 150,000 barrels a day, in the Abu Saafa field which it is developing jointly with Saudi Arabia.
