    Gulf Air purchases two A320

    (MENAFN) Samer Majali, Gulf Air Chief, said that the aviation company bought two Airbus A320s, thus making more than 40 percent of the aircrafts in the airline new, reported Gulf News. Majali said that this purchase increased the number of new aircraft in the airline's fleet to 14. He also said that this was a part of the fleet renewal program Gulf Air had already scheduled. Majali added that more new aircrafts would be received in 2011. He said that the renewal plan allows the airline to deliver better service to customers at lower costs. Gulf Air currently operates a 34 aircraft to 45 cities in 29 countries.
