(MENAFN) Two Starwood Hotels and Resorts guests would file a USD16.7 million lawsuit on the Hotel for catching legionnaires disease while staying there, reported The National. Thomas Boyle, the British guest stayed at the hotel in December 2008 and when he returned to UK he had to stay for four days in a hospital after developing flu symptoms. While Elodie Nogues, French, entered the hotel in February and returned to her country as she started to feel sick. Both were diagnosed with Legionnaires. The lawsuit would take place in the US at the New York Supreme Court.
