(MENAFN) Dubai's dnata, the air services provider, said that it bought a 50 percent stake in Wings Inflight Services, a South African inflight catering services firm, reported Arabian Business. The firm added that the South African company offers inflight catering services to several carriers, including Singapore Airlines, Emirates and Thai Airways, and has operations in Johannesburg and Cape Town. It also said that the new agreement is dnata's third investment in the airline catering industry; moreover, it would boost the company's global network, which extends to 76 airports in 38 countries. It is worth noting that Wings Inflight Services was established two years ago, and at the current time it has 200 staff across the two South African airports.
