Oman's insurance Co. grows by 64 percent
(MENAFN) Takaful insurance Co. in Oman achieved a robust growth of 64 percent in local direct premium at USD 100.89mn in 2015.
Moreover, the firm achieved success, due to the ability of Takaful players to gain people's trust, ability to offer affordable and competitive premium service.
The direct gross premiums of the insurance industry grew by 11 percent to USD 1.14mn in 2015, from USD 1.024mn in 2014.
However, the average annual growth in insurance sector in the previous five years was 12 percent.
