Morocco see 3.3 percent drop in foreign exchange reserves

(MENAFN) Morocco's Central Bank declared the foreign exchange reserves to have stabled at $25.81 billion by the end of 2017, a 3.3% shrink in comparison with last year.

However, the exchange reserves reached a rise of 0.7% in the week between December 28 and January 3, according to the central bank's statement.

Morocco's dirham had seen a decline of 0.13% against euro and 0.2% against U.S. dollar.

The drop in foreign reserves of Morocco emerged while the country was designing for a move to float dirham bit by bit.
