    Occupancy rate in Abu Dhabi scores highest level since 2004

    (MENAFN) Analysts STR's recent data found an increase in Abu Dhabi's occupancy rates in December 2017 that marked its highest record since 2004.

    The data also detected major performance development that consisted of a raise that reached 8% in occupancy to 79.4%.

    Hotels in UAE's capital also scored an increase by 1.5% in supply against demand which scored a 10% boost, as found in daily data from December.

    STR found a 2.1% to AED496.70 increase in average daily rate (ADR) as a 10.2% to AED394.39 rise was spotted in revenue per available room (RevPAR).
