UAE to improve bilateral relations with India through PM tour
(MENAFN) The United Arab Emirates has welcomed Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi for his two-day tour to the country.
The deputy supreme commander of the UAE Armed Forces, Sheikh Mohammad Bin Zayed Al-Nahyan, has reportedly delivered his greetings to the Prime Minister in Abu Dhabi.
Sheikh Bin Zayed declared "his (Modi's) visit reflects our longstanding historical ties and is testament to our friendly bilateral relationship."
During the Prime Minister's tour, the UAE and India are anticipated to agree on around 12-14 deals along with Memorandums of Understanding that mostly concern energy and manpower sectors.
