Qatar's Barzan Holdings signs agreements for empowering military
(MENAFN) Qatar's Barzan Holdings has reportedly secured several deals with giant international defense companies for military empowerment.
An overall of 24 deals were confirmed to have been signed by the Qatari defense company with international allies, with Turkey and the US among them.
It has also previously secured an agreement with Italian company Beretta Holding for Qatar to be provided with rifles.
Barzan Holdings managing director Nasser al-Naimi stated "the agreement with Beretta Holding represents a strategic deal between Qatar and Italy, and is firmly in line with Barzan Holdings' objective of meeting Qatar's long-term defense and security needs."
