Residential development initiative commence in Bahrain
(MENAFN) Golden Gate Developers was announced to have launched a residential development initiative in Bahrain Bay.
The Golden Gate project commenced by the joint venture which was formed between Bahrain's Kooheji Golden Gate alongside India's Ajmera Realty and Mayfair Housing.
The inauguration ceremony for the residential development project took place in the Four Seasons Hotel in Bahrain Bay.
"The innovation and creativity that we have shown will only propel Bahrain into the spotlight, making the Kingdom an exemplar of excellence in the real estate industry," stated Kooheji Golden Gate Chairman Ishaq Al Kooheji.
"We are thrilled with the way the launch has taken off and are expecting only bigger and greater successes for The Golden Gate project and our growing relationship with the Kingdom of Bahrain," added Ajmera Realty Managing Director Manoj Ajmera.
