    Iran, Pakistan seek USD5b in bilateral trade

    (MENAFN) Iran and Pakistan were announced to have addressed bilateral relations, exploring means to boost trade between the two sides.

    Bilateral trade between Iran and Pakistan is looking to reach USD5 billion by easing the process of business communication.

    The two countries will also achieve their target through the reduction of trade obstacles as well as witnessing an accelerated progress in facilitating preferential trade.

    As part of their efforts to strengthen bilateral ties, both countries also decided to launch the 21st session of the Joint Economic Commission (JEC) in the beginning of 2019.
