    Palestine inks USD175,000 grant deals with Japan

    (MENAFN) Palestine secured agreements with Japan to receive USD174.796 for a couple of Grassroots Human Security Projects (GGP).

    Japan's Ambassador for the Palestinian Affairs Takeshi Okubo penned the grant deals with representatives of Beit Dajan and Talfit village councils in the West Bank.

    Of the total grants, USD88.247 will be spent by the Beit Dajan village council for 122 young people to be presented with good education through establishing four classrooms.

    Meanwhile, the Talfit village council will be spending USD86.549 for 77 students to be offered with necessary education conditions through setting up four classrooms.
