Libya, UK seek boosting trade relations
(MENAFN) Libya and the United Kingdom (UK) could strengthen their trade exchange along with implementing various deals already signed.
The UK's commitment to such a move was voiced during talks between Libyan Deputy Prime Minister Ahmed Maiteeq and British trade envoy to Libya Henry Bellingham.
Maiteeq's information and communications office issued a statement, unveiling that "the envoy stressed his country's aspiration to strengthen and develop cooperation relations with Libya in all fields.
It added that the UK, according to the envoy, is aiming to "increase the rate of trade exchange and activate previous agreements of health, education and energy sectors."
