    UAE to spend USD272m in Fujairah infrastructure plans

    (MENAFN) The UAE was announced to be spending USD272 million in its infrastructure plans set to be launched in Fujairah.

    Those projects are considered as part of a 2017-21 initiative the Ministry of Infrastructure Development is carrying out.

    Some of the allocated amount will be directed towards a construction project for a residential complex in Khor Fakkan.

    UAE Prime Minister HH Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum stated "all the regions of the UAE are important and have great development potential. Infrastructure projects are key to the nation's development and prosperity."

    According to the prime minister, "healthcare and education projects are vital to improving the quality of life of our communities, and we strive to provide the best facilities to our citizens."

    He added "our development efforts will be the same across the country, because the vision is the same and the land is the same."
