Lebanon's Tripoli, China seek economic partnership
(MENAFN) The Lebanese city of Tripoli was extended the keenness of China to help execute initiatives in the area.
Chairperson of China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT) Gao Yan made the statement during a visit to the Lebanese city.
According to the chair, "we have heard from the people we met about the capabilities that are available in Tripoli and what can be done to improve and boost economic partnership with China."
"We want economic partnerships with China in addition to attracting Chinese investments in strategic projects in North Lebanon," stated head of Tripoli's chamber of commerce, industry and agriculture, Toufic Dabbousi.
