    Bahrain, France pen 12 cooperation deals

    (MENAFN) Bahrain and France secured twelve deals and memorandum of understanding valued at USD2 billion to deepen economic cooperation and expand investments between the two sides.

    Agreements were signed during a visit made to France by a Bahraini business delegation led by His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa.

    Tatweer petroleum sealed a pact with French oil giant Total with a purpose to join hands in an oil field exploration.

    Meanwhile, Gulf Air penned five documents on cooperation with EPCOR, Thales Inc., Michelin, CFM and SAFRAN Landing Systems.

    Osool also signed two deals with Amundi Asset Management and Tikehau, Yousef Bin Ahmed Kanoo inked an agreement with AXA Insurance Company and Bahrain Airport Company snatched three pacts with Thales.
