Final stages for Saudi Amaala tourism plan begin
(MENAFN) Mega tourism project in the Saudi leading destination of Amaala was announced to have entered the last phases of picking a consortium of global architectural design companies.
Looking to break ground soon on the "Riviera of the Middle East", Saudi Arabia is viewing multiple bids for a contract.
The project is extending 3,800 square kilometers and is planned to offer major facilities with an overall of 2,525 hotel keys and 1,496 residential units.
CEO Nicholas Naples stated "we will be breaking ground shortly. Given the size of this project, there are a number of key legal and administrative milestones that need to be met before physical construction can begin. However, we are happy to say that those are progressing rapidly."
