Saudi Arabia: TRSDC to start training program
(MENAFN) The beginning of the alumni elite program was announced by The Red Sea Development Company (TRSDC), the program plans to qualify trainees to have future jobs that contain hospitality, smart destinations, environmental sustainability, project completion, governance, and legal affairs.
The program was planned to start on January 13, 2020 to give trainees practical experience through assigned duties and through working in many departments of the company and this aims to increase the participants" professional and cognitive skills, as said by TRSDC.
The program will provide vocational direction, training, job simulation and training courses related to discipline.
The program consists of the attendance of a supervisor to decide the schedule of the program and the training course for each applicant wishing to register.
