New salary scheme for Dubai government employees
(MENAFN) Dubai government employees' salary will be increased by an average of 10 percent and the salary increase of professional employees will range from 9 to 16 percent.
The new salary scheme also includes a minimum wage for Emirati fresh graduates as well as provisions for flexible working hours, telework and part-time employment.
His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai are the directors of the scheme.
The scheme that is aligned with Dubai's strategy to "invest in human capital" was stated by Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai and Chairman of the Executive Council on twitter.
