    Central Bank of UAE: Money Supply Aggregate M3 increases

    (MENAFN) In February 2020, the Money Supply Aggregate M3 increased to about AED1.694 trillion in comparison with AED1.69 trillion by the end of the earlier month, as said by the Central Bank of the UAE.


    The government's deposits totaled AED267.4 billion in February with monetary deposits reaching AED447 billion, and quasi-monetary deposits at AED897 billion, as the bank's statistics showed.


    Issued cash stood at AED96 billion, with currency in flow outside banks is predicted at AED85.2 billion, in the meantime, the UAE monetary base increased to about AED415.6 billion by the end of February, a rise of AED7.1 billion in comparison with AED408.5 billion in January.


    In February, the Central Bank of the UAE's recent account balance arrived at AED25.4 billion with banks' required reserve reaching AED130.1 billion.
