Turkey's public lenders see 1.31 Billion USD net receiving's in first half
(MENAFN) Three conformist public banks in Turkey Ziraat, VakifBank and Halkbank posted mutual net receiving's of 9.5 billion Turkish liras (1.31 billion USD) in the first six months of this year.
Anadolu Agency data compiled from unconsolidated balance sheets stated that the entire benefits of public banks not counting public contribution banks arrived at 1.93 trillion Turkish liras (266.9 billion USD) by the end of June.
The three banks' deposits summed 1.32 trillion Turkish liras (182 billion USD) as of the end of the first half, whereas loans presented by the banks totaled to 1.29 billion Turkish liras (178 million USD).
Amid the three banks, Ziraat adage the highest net profits with 4.5 billion Turkish liras (622 million USD) during the six-month period. Its assets totaled 796.6 billion Turkish liras (110.2 billion USD) beginning the end of June.
