    Vessel transporting Indian sugar for Afghanistan enters in Chabahar

    (MENAFN) On Wednesday August 26 a provincial official stated to IRNA that the first cargo ship transporting Indian sugar arrived in Iran's southeastern Chabahar Port.

    Behrouz Aqaei the director-general of Ports and Maritime Department of Sistan-Baluchestan Province, where the tactical Chabahar Port lounges stated that The ship transporting 1,890 tons of Indian private sector's sugar in 70 containers harbored at Shahid Beheshti port in Chabahar,.

    Aqaei declared at the time that the seventh goods vessel transporting Indian contributed wheat for Afghanistan with 352 containers had as well arrived at Shahid Beheshti Port.

    Aqaei stated that the shipment weighs regarding 8,800 tons, adding that some 1,700 containers weighing 43,000 tons of India's wheat for Afghanistan have thus far at home in Chabahar Port.
