    Government private sector present on helping permission of essential merchandise

    (MENAFN) The 98th conversation council of the government and the private sector was held in Tehran on September 28, in which issues pertaining to provide and permission of fundamental merchandise from customs were the major topic of conversation.

    ICCIMA portal accounted senior officials counting the Gholam-Hossein Shafeie Head of Iran Chamber of Commerce, Industries, Mines and Agriculture (ICCIMA), and Mohammad Reza Pourebrahimi Chairman of the Parliament Economic Committee attended the event which was chaired by Farhad Dejpasand Iran's Finance and Economic Affairs Minister.

    Dejpasand underscored speaking in the conference that some of the issues related to the importing and clearance of essential merchandise as of the country's customs and reminded that considering the present economic conditions, the government has settled on to ensure that fundamental merchandise and raw materials would not be placed at customs.

    Dejpasand stated that "Some of the commodities deposited at customs are perishable, so taking necessary measures to clear them is essential,".
