    IME trade value goes up

    (MENAFN) Tons of merchandise esteemed at more than USD190 million were traded at Iran Mercantile Exchange (IME), within the previous Iranian calendar week that ended on the 23rd of October.

    The IME's Public Relations and International Affairs Department stated that 162,476 tons of different products estimated at almost USD102 million were traded on the domestic and export metal and mineral trading floor of IME, this previous week.

    On the mentioned trading floor, 145,484 tons of steel, 8,700 tons of aluminum, 7,400 tons of copper, 120 tons of molybdenum concentrates, 12 tons of precious metal concentrates in addition to 700 tons of zinc ingots were exchanged by clients.

    The announcement also states that on domestic and export oil and petrochemical trading floors of IME, 236,062 tons of different produce that are worth USD91 million were exchanged.
