    KSA to open Six Flags theme park

    (MENAFN) SNC-Lavalin's Atkins industry has received the lead design advisor assistance contract from Qiddiya Investment Company (QIC) for the Six Flags Qiddiya amusement park development.

    The development which will be located in Qiddiya, south-west of Riyadh, will be constructed within a three year contract with Atkins, where they will offer advising assistance, supervise the construction process, and help with cost management.

    If everything goes according to plan, then Six Flags Qiddiya is supposed to open during the primarily phase of Qiddiya, known as the kingdom's "capital of entertainment, sports and the arts."

    The amusement park will be drawn out across 32 hectares and have 28 rides and attractions across six lands, which are: The City of Thrills, Discovery Springs, Steam Town, Twilight Gardens, Valley of Fortune and Grand Exposition.
