Iran to increase building objects export to Africa

(MENAFN) As figures reveal, Africa has imported commodities value more than USD1trillion in 2018, and a main part of which has been imported from China.

Though the African market is now providing a big variety of opportunities, Iran has not profited from this market so much over the last years.

Farzad Piltan, the director-general of Iran's Trade Promotion Organization (TPO)'s Office of Arabian and African Countries, has said that "The development of trade with the African countries has always been a priority for the Iranian government. However, despite the implementation of various programs and agreements in recent years, we have not yet achieved the desired goals and the development of economic and trade relations with Africa due to numerous problems at different levels".

Consequently, to make Iran able of profiting from the capacities of the African market, TPO re-evaluated diverse parts of Iran-Africa deal and named a new plan to increase Iran"s attendance in the markets of African states.
