Turkey: Rise noticed in need of mini vegetable amid pandemic

    (MENAFN)

Coronavirus crisis has driven people to healthy eating lifestyle as consumers are currently turning toward mini fresh vegetables high in vitamins and minerals, regardless of the stress caused by the pandemic.

An agricultural firm located in the Serik region of the country's Mediterranean province of Antalya produced a diversity of finger-sized vegetables comprising eggplant, cucumber, carrot, corn, spinach, lettuce, tomato, beetroot, pepper, and onion that were amongst the most demanded goods in the pandemic.

Mini vegetables are more demanded due to having a strong taste, and being produced with zero chemicals and insecticide. They are prepared and packed up to be eaten as healthy snacks.
