    Iran: Exports to EU increase 13 percent

    (MENAFN) The commerce between Iran and European Union states throughout the mentioned period hit USD4,71 billion, 11 percent less than the figure in the prior year's same nine months, statistics released by Tehran Chamber of Commerce, Industries, Mines and Agriculture (TCCIMA) revealed.

    In the meantime, the Islamic Republic imported USD3,92 billion value of merchandise in the mentioned time span, a 15-percent drop compared to the equivalent period last year.

    As showed, Iranian exports to the EU reached USD96,18 million in September to record a 94-percent upsurge compared to the preceding month.

    Imports in the mentioned month hit USD382,3 million, 28 percent more than August.
