    Turkey records highest monthly exports in October

    (MENAFN)The country's statistical authority stated on Monday that, Turkey"s exports increased 5.6 percent to stands atUSD17.33 billion in the last month, on an annual basis.

    Foreign trade deficit stood at USD 2.37 billion, up 34.4 percent year on year, for now.

    The export-import reporting ratio was 88 percent in the last month, decreased from 90.3 percent in the same month in the previous year.

    TurkStat declared that, "Foreign trade surplus, excluding energy products and non-monetary gold, was USD 829 million in October 2020."

    The manufacturing sector was the best performer between all sectors that reached 94.8 percent in all exports of the last month.
