    Iran's gross domestic product (GDP) without oil increased 0.2 percent

    (MENAFN)Based on the Statistical Center of Iran (SCI), Iran's gross domestic product (GDP) exclusive of oil increased 0.2 percent in the second quarter of this year in the Iranian calendar, in comparison with the same period previous year.

    IRIB declared, the number including oil chopped down 0.2 percent, IRIB reported.

    According to the SCI data, the country"s non-oil GDP dropped off 1.3 percent in the first half of this year, as the number turned down 1.9 percent with oil included.

    The non-oil GDP came on at 3 quadrillion rials (about USD71.4 billion) in the said half, as the numberreached 3.434 quadrillion rials (about USD81.7 billion) with oil included.

    The data declared that in H1, the production by the agricultural sector improved 1.7 percent, the industries and mines by -0.7 percent, and the repair group by -3.5 percent in comparison with the same period of the last year.
