    Iran: Value of exports from South Khorasan Razavi rises 66 percent in 1st eight months

    (MENAFN)As a provincial official declared that, the worth of exports from South Khorasan Razavi, in east of Iran, reached to 66 percent in the first eight months of this year in the Iranian calendar, in comparison with the previous year same period.

    2.386 million tons of commodities valued at USD 421.65 million have been exported from the province in the mentioned period, indicating 45-percent increases in weight as well, according to Mohammad-Ali Khashi, the director-general of the province"s customs department.

    The official stated cement, oil, tiles and ceramics, gasoil, salt, and eggs as the main exported products, and Afghanistan, Iraq, Turkey, Azerbaijan, and Taiwan as the major export destinations in the first eight months of the current year.
