Saudi Housing Ministry’s Sakani offers online service
(MENAFN)According to the Saudi Press Agency, an online service was inaugurated by the Saudi Housing Ministry’s Sakani program to allow buyers and sellers of housing units to do the dealings utilizing its website and app.
Moreover; the “Real Estate Market” service is considered part of the program’s efforts to ease homeownership among Saudis.
The Ministry of Housing and the Real Estate Development Fund established Sakani in 2017 planning to ease home ownership in the Kingdom over the creation of new housing stock, allocating plots and homes to nationals and supporting their purchase. Also it has a goal to stand at 70 percent home ownership by 2030.
In addition to the mentioned services, the program offers a number of online services to guarantee it becomes “the go-to destination for housing services and solutions.”
