    Non-oil products exchange in Iran jumps by 38 percent

    (MENAFN) According to the acting head of Islamic Republic of Iran Customs Administration (IRICA) announcement, Iran’s worth of non-oil trade increased 38 percent in the period from March 21 till December 21 of the present Iranian calendar year, in comparison to the corresponding time frame of last year.

    Based on IRNA, Alireza Moghadasi stated that Iran has exchanged more than 122.5 million tons of non-oil goods that value USD72.1 billion with other nations during the stated time span.

    Moghadasi stated that the volume of trade during the said time frame also jumped by 11 percent compared to the figure for the past fiscal year.

    The official set the nine-month non-oil exports at 92.3 million tons that are worth USD35.1 billion, with a 40-percent increase in worth and eight percent surge in volume.
