    Iran’s rental residential costs increase 28 percent

    (MENAFN) The Statistical Center of Iran (SCI) has declared that the rental cost has surged 28.1 percent in the nation in the final three months of the last Iranian calendar year (ended on March 20), from the corresponding period in its prior year.

    The SCI stated that in the final three months, Yazd province, in the center of the country, with 8.6 percent had the highest rental inflation rate and Sistan-Baluchestan province, in the southeast of the nation, with 1.5 percent had the lowest amongst the provinces of the nation.

    Back in April, 2021, the head of Iran’s Property Advisers Union had stated that residential costs in the nation have to drop at least 25 percent so as to individuals have enough money to buy.
