    Turkish contractors awarded agreements amount to USD3.8B in first 4 months

    (MENAFN) According to the Trade Ministry figures Turkish contractors have been given 102 projects in a foreign country valued at an amount of USD3.75 billion in the first 4 months of the year.

    In last month alone, regional firms were awarded 28 projects in abroad markets valued at USD673 million.

    In the last 40 years, Turkish construction companies have been granted 11,243 projects in 113 nations and the value of those deals reached USD457.6 billion.

    Russia was the biggest market for regional suppliers that have given some USD95.3 billion worth of projects in this nation in 50-40 years, while Turkmenistan stood second at USD49.9 billion and was shadowed by Iraq at USD31.6 billion.

    Turkish contractors also have been granted USD29.5 billion value of projects in Libya and collected in additional USD27 billion in incomes from the agreements they have been granted in Kazakhstan.
